An M-Pesa STK push lands on their phone with the exact amount. They enter their PIN and they’re done. Paybill payments work too, for tenants who prefer it.

The payment is matched to the right tenant, unit and invoice automatically — including partial payments and overpayments, allocated oldest-first.
